CLASS REGISTRATION GUIDELINES & POLICY

Ways To Register For A Class: Complete a registration form and fax it back to the LOCIS office. Send a fax on letterhead requesting to be registered for a specific class (date & location). Sorry, no phone registrations are accepted! All registrations must be in writing. General Class Info: Cost for class is $125.00 per person. (User Group Meetings are free.) All classes start at 9:30 am - Lunch will be provided. Canellation of registration must be made 7 days prior to the class by submitting in writing via fax or email. Registrating and not attending or canceling after the deadline will be invoiced. Cancellation and No-Show Policy All LOCIS classes are subject to cancellation up to 72 hours prior to the class. Only those who have registered will be notified of any cancellation or location changes.  LOCIS will not be responsible for any expenses due to non-registrants arriving to a class that has been cancelled.
