No new W2 updates or Locis Software is
required for 2012 Year End processing!

These updates are not complete. A full code update is required periodically by
a LOCIS technician. If you are receiving a message in LOCIS warning you that
you need an update, these updates will not clear the message. Please call LOCIS
to turn the flag off. (Note: If you are not sure of your installation type please
call 815.744.0011)

Run the installation program and overwrite all files. When it asks which
director LOCIS is in, select c:\locis or f:\locis depending
on your environment with this file.

The update program will not validate the installation path and the software
being updated.
4.
You must perform a backup PRIOR to installation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: You must assume the entire risk of using these
programs.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LOCIS BE LIABLE
TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER
