Class Registration Guidelines and Policy

Ways to Register For a Class

Complete a registration form and fax or e-mail back to the LOCIS office.
Send a fax on letterhead requesting to be register for a specific class. (date & location)
Send an e-mail requesting to be registered for a specific class (date & location) be sure to include your municipality.
Sorry but no phone registrations are accepted! All registrations must be in writing.

General Class Information

Cost for class is $125.00 per person. (User Group Meetings are free)
All class start at 9:30 am - Lunch will be provided.
Cancellation of registration must be made 7 days prior to the class by submitting in writing via fax or email.
Registration and not attending or canceling after deadline will be invoiced.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

All LOCIS classes are subject to cancellation up to 72 hours prior to the class.
Only those who have registered will be notified of any cancellation or location changes.
LOCIS will not be responsible for any expenses due to non-registrants arriving to a class that has been cancelled.

Click on class handout you wish to review. You then have the option to save to your computer or print a copy for personal use. Class handouts posted are the most current revisions.
